In the specific case of signed drawings and original artworks available for purchase: the purchase of a book with an original drawing or an original artwork on this site does not give the purchaser the right to reproduce these drawings in any way. The intellectual property and copyright of these drawings remain the property of the original artist.
> Are the signatures and drawings on the books really done by François Baranger?
Yes, François Baranger does all the personalisations offered on the website himself: signatures, dedications, stamps and, of course, drawings.
The drawings are done on the flyleaf page in black and white graphite pencil. Each drawing is done by hand and will therefore differ slightly from the photos.
> What are your delivery times?
In general, we ship orders within a maximum of one week. However, for customised orders, there may be an additional delay due to the artist's availability to sign or draw. Delivery time must then be added, which is generally 2 to 4 days in France. For international deliveries, it takes between 8 and 15 days, depending on the destination.

> Do you ship worldwide?
In principle, yes. However, there may be exceptions for certain destinations. We will contact you if the destination you have entered raises any issues.
> Why are your delivery charges high?
We strive to offer the best compromise between quality and price for our transport service. However, particularly in the case of books (which are heavy), shipping costs can be significant, especially for destinations outside Europe. We regret this, but we do not have the infrastructure of a huge company like Amazon, and are therefore obliged to use a carrier (we do not make any margin on transport).
> Is it possible to combine shipments to reduce delivery costs?
Since most of the cost is due to the weight of the books, when you order several books at once, the shipping cost increases. However, it increases very gradually.
If you want to order several books, it is therefore much better to group your purchases together rather than placing separate orders for each one.
> Do you accept returns?
In the case of books: as books are personalised products (signed, etc.), we cannot accept returns.
If the books have been damaged during transport, please contact us so that we can work together to find a solution.
In the case of goodies: you are entitled to a 14-day legal withdrawal period. Notify us by email of your wish to return your order (return at your expense). Once we have accepted your return, you will have one month to send us your purchase, provided that it has not been opened (for sealed products) or damaged. Once we have received it, we will proceed with your refund.
> What is your shipping service?
We use the Colissimo service, with delivery with signature upon receipt or without signature, as well as the Mondial Relay service for France and certain European countries.
If you order to a country other than France, a local carrier will take over from Colissimo once it reaches your territory. In principle, Colissimo will provide you with a tracking number valid up to your address.
> Is it possible to send you a book I have already purchased to have it signed?
Yes, in the case of Lovecraft artbooks, this is possible. The procedure is explained on this page.
